Our delivery time depends on how many rentals we have that day. We plan our route based off of where everything's going that day, taking into account each parties listed start-time. Generally, we start delivering early in the morning and try to arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up early in the morning or the night prior. If this is the case, we will contact the customer beforehand to confirm that someone will be at the party location.
Absolutely not. Twin Party Rentals cleans and disinfects after every rental. We take pride in providing clean and quality products to our customers.
Yes. The blower keeps air in the inflatable and the inflatable will rapidly deflate when it's unplugged. We will provide a heavy duty 50' extension cord, if a longer cord is needed please call us at (706)530-2233. Using lower-grade extension cords may blow your breaker and is a safety hazard.
We can set up at a park, but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park without access to electricity, you must provide a generator. We do not currently rent generators. Also, many parks do not allow inflatables to be staked into the ground. The customer is responsible for obtaining this information and contacting us at (706)530-2233 prior to the delivery date to inform our team that we will need to make arrangements to bring sandbags in lieu of stakes.
We take Cash or Credit Cards. Online payment is preferred but not required. If paying by cash, please have exact change.

No, we do not currently require a deposit. Online payment is an option prior to delivery but not a requirement.
Yes, our current policy is to fully refund cancellations made prior to the delivery date.
Yes, we normally leave it up to the customer if they want to cancel or not, unless the winds are projected to be at unsafe speeds. If the customer chooses to have the unit delivered, their payment is not refundable regardless of use. If high winds are expected, we will not have an option except to cancel in order to ensure everyone's safety.
We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can not set up on any type of rocks, as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl on the inflatables. Please call us at (706)530-2233 prior to the delivery day if we are not able to stake into the ground, so we have adequate time to provide sandbags as an alternative to secure the unit to the ground.

Yes, we provide a 50' extension cord and have 50' water hoses for water inflatables and our foam party machine. If longer cords/hoses are needed please call us at (706)530-2233 to make arrangements.
